Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with customers post-sale to ensure swift onboarding. Assist teams in navigating the Aikido platform through code, cloud, and runtime environments. Diagnose issues, analyze workflows, and remove obstacles for customers facing challenges. Facilitate onboarding sessions and guide clients through initial setup and deployment. Proactively identify potential risks and assist customers in getting back on track. Serve as a trusted advisor to developers, security teams, and other technical stakeholders. Provide product feedback and customer insights to our product and engineering teams. Candidate Requirements3–7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar fields. Demonstrated technical curiosity with a comfort in exploring workflows and resolving issues. Experience collaborating with developers, security teams, or working with technical products. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Proactive mentality with a strong sense of ownership; thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish.
