Lead a high-impact frontend team focused on enhancing the Marketing Email and SMS management experiences, including dashboards, creation flows, and user interfaces. Contribute high-quality React/TypeScript code while guiding architectural decisions, reviewing designs, and helping overcome challenges. Own the technical strategy for the frontend surface area, ensuring modular architecture and effective design system integration across Messaging. Collaborate with Product Management and Product Design to establish goals, prioritize tasks, and balance customer impact with reliability and speed of iteration. Drive multi-quarter initiatives from conception through implementation and performance measurement. Promote service reliability and maturity for frontend applications by defining SLIs/SLOs, optimizing performance, and meeting established targets. Mentor and support engineers on the team through design and code reviews, pairing, and one-on-one meetings, providing constructive feedback. Work closely with backend and infrastructure teams to enhance integration and performance.
