Additionally, you will conduct technical workshops and act as the main point of contact to help users navigate the intricacies of payment infrastructure.Responsibilities:Drive Time-to-Value: Oversee a portfolio of user implementations, acting as a project manager to ensure they meet their anticipated go-live dates.Deliver Technical Workshops: Facilitate interactive workshops covering essential topics such as API integration, dashboard utilization, fraud prevention configuration, and more.
