Join SQLI Nantes as a Technical Lead in Java Fullstack (H/F).

Be part of our dynamic team and support our growth across various sectors in the Nantes region, including energy, retail, parcel transportation, and more.

In the role of Tech Lead, you will operate in a Java and JavaScript environment, with the opportunity to engage with all components of our tech stack (Database, Java, Frontend JS (Angular/React), Spring, Hibernate...) within a complex microservices architecture.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop Full-stack applications in a Java and JS (VueJS) environment, designing and implementing REST APIs to accelerate our clients' digital transformation.
  • Contribute to technical design and various project phases using Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Implement and utilize CI/CD processes (unit tests, integration, and system tests), and maintain DevOps pipelines (Git, Docker, Jenkins…).
  • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications.
  • Define and uphold best development practices (TDD, Clean Code, Refactoring, BDD, Pair/Mob Programming…).
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with the Project Manager.

Technical Environment: Java 17/21, Spring 6.x, Spring Boot 3.x, VueJS (2 and 3), Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Platform (Managed Services: GKE, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub).

Beyond your project, you will contribute to various community initiatives within the agency:
