Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related discipline. Over 10 years of program or project management experience with a strong emphasis on aerospace or space missions. Demonstrated experience managing technical programs, ideally in satellite communications or related sectors. Thorough understanding of satellite technology, space systems engineering, and mission planning. Outstanding organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with diverse teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared objectives. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including engineering teams, clients, and executive management, to ensure that mission objectives are meticulously defined and successfully achieved. You will oversee the technical components of the program, guaranteeing that all milestones are met on schedule and within budget.

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for satellite mission projects, aligning technical specifications with program goals.
  • Create, manage, and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets across all mission phases.
  • Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and execution.
  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate technical and operational risks associated with space missions.
  • Lead project reviews, update stakeholders on project progress, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in satellite mission management.
  • Offer technical insights during design reviews, architectural discussions, and integration strategies for space systems.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of project outputs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program team.
