You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field.
You have experience in engineering, quality management, or product development.
You possess knowledge of construction regulations and standards, particularly regarding escape and fire safety.
Leadership or coordination experience is a plus.
You can effectively transition between policy and practice.
You have strong analytical skills and a structured working style.
You are an excellent communicator, able to convey technical knowledge effectively.
You are proficient in both Dutch and English.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and develop the technical team, comprising Product Manager, Field Trainer, and Technical Support.
Ensure efficient planning and optimal use of personnel and resources.
Drive quality and quantity of work within the department.
Conduct performance evaluations and progress discussions.
Develop, safeguard, and share technical knowledge within FAAC Nederland.
Coordinate technical projects and improvement initiatives.
Represent FAAC in the Technical Working Group of the industry association.
Translate international FAAC guidelines into applicable solutions for the Dutch market.
Advise colleagues and management on technical issues.
Identify risks and opportunities related to technology and quality.

Regulations & Compliance

Implement and ensure compliance with laws and regulations within internal processes and work instructions.
Oversee adherence to EN16005 (safety of automatic doors).
Ensure fire safety protocols are followed.
