Qualifications

Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Engineering, Execution Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection or technical office management on civil engineering, infrastructure, energy, or mining projects. At least 10 years of general experience in the field. Experience in payment status control, cubic measurements, budgeting, and unit price analysis. Knowledge of physical and financial progress control on construction sites. Experience in managing contract modifications, change orders, and contractual control. Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and technical specifications. Experience in project documentation control and management. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (intermediate to advanced Excel) and project planning/control software. Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

About the job

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Office Engineer to support the technical management of our transmission line replacement project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical documentation, monitoring progress, reviewing engineering plans, and providing on-site construction supervision assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the technical and documentation management of the project.
  • Review plans, technical specifications, and construction procedures.
  • Control and monitor the progress of construction.
  • Prepare and review technical reports and progress updates.
  • Facilitate coordination among engineering, supervision, and technical inspection teams.
  • Support the management of RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Oversee as-built drawings and project documentation closure.
