Role Overview: Technical Operations Center Manager
The Technical Operations Center (TOC) at 2K Games serves as the central hub for technology support, delivering 24/7 coverage for products and platforms. The TOC Manager will guide the global operations strategy, emphasizing automation, resilience, and proactive oversight. This position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead real-time system monitoring to ensure platform stability and performance
- Oversee incident management, coordinating responses to technical issues as they arise
- Manage service fulfillment processes and support requests
- Conduct problem analysis to identify root causes and recommend improvements
- Prepare teams and systems for new product launches, ensuring operational readiness
