Must currently hold and be able to maintain an active U. S. Top Secret SCI security clearance. Strong familiarity with Network+ and Linux+ certifications. Understanding of basic DC electrical systems. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair essential site product components and infrastructure. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to work independently in field environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role overview

The Technical Operations Engineer, Intelligence Systems, serves as the main technical point of contact for both hardware and software across Anduril’s systems. This position develops training materials and documentation to help end users adopt new capabilities. Field work with customers is a key part of the job, supporting system integration and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on support for hardware setup and software configuration.
  • Pre-configure systems to integrate smoothly with existing program infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues, including those related to hardware, software dependencies, and network components such as firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud environments.
  • Create training documentation and user guides for end users and internal teams.
