Qualifications
Responsibilities:Integrate CHAOS software, sensors, and RF devices with customer systems, both physically (networking, power, and hardware setup) and via software interfaces (data pipelines, APIs). Diagnose and resolve complex issues across hardware, software, and networking layers. Create scripts, diagnostics, and automation tools to enhance system reliability and observability. Gather operational feedback and collaborate with internal engineering teams to drive product enhancements. Document system configurations, troubleshooting processes, and lessons learned for both internal and customer use. Travel (typically up to 50%) to customer and testing sites for deployments, troubleshooting, and mission support. Minimum Requirements:A solid technical background with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Proficiency in Linux environments; adept with SSH, networking tools, and system-level troubleshooting. Strong analytical skills — capable of working independently and under pressure in the field. Familiarity with networking protocols, hardware interfaces, and distributed system concepts. Experience with the integration or maintenance of hardware or sensor systems. Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Bash, or similar).
