Prepare periodic analyses regarding shift change requests, including swaps, adjustments, PTO, and VTO for leadership review. Maintain consistency in processes, optimize workforce utilization, and achieve performance metrics. Collaborate in designing, implementing, and maintaining reward and recognition programs. Assist in formulating policies and procedures for the department. Undertake additional responsibilities as needed based on departmental, programmatic, and project requirements.
