The Role
At HoSt Group Bioenergy Systems, we are in search of a dedicated Technical Process Operator for one of our bio-energy sites in Eindhoven. Here, we convert biomass into sustainable energy and heat for thousands of households, and you will play a vital role in this process.
You will work within a small, close-knit team, collectively responsible for the safe, stable, and efficient operation of our biomass installations. Each day brings new challenges: you will analyze processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance to ensure reliability in our installations, contributing to sustainable energy solutions daily.

Your Responsibilities
Monitoring and operating installations from the control center;
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on installations;
Analyzing and resolving issues independently or collaboratively with colleagues;
Actively contributing ideas for improvements, such as reducing energy and water consumption;
Preparing and scheduling maintenance outages;
Participating in on-call duties to quickly resolve issues;
Utilizing and further developing your technical knowledge.
