ABOUT THE TEAM

Our Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division is at the forefront of developing highly capable autonomous drones and manufacturing solid rocket motors at scale. We take concepts like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from initial ideation to fully operational capabilities through close collaboration with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. The Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team designs and manufactures solid rocket motors utilizing advanced materials and proprietary formulations, ensuring safe and reliable propulsion systems for diverse mission requirements. Our team comprises software and hardware engineers who are passionate about creating an impactful portfolio ranging from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance rocket motors.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Program Manager to spearhead a critical new initiative within our Precision Engagement Systems (PES) team. This role presents a unique opportunity to guide the comprehensive development of one of our most vital drone platforms, integrating advanced autonomy and AI capabilities from conception to successful mass production.
