Jane Street is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Program Manager to support and coordinate our engineering projects. Our cutting-edge technology is pivotal to our operations, and this position offers a unique chance to collaborate with our engineering team as we enhance and refine Jane Street's trading technology.
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise daily, guiding projects from inception to completion. This includes setting objectives, establishing timelines, monitoring progress, managing developer resources, identifying potential risks, and liaising with relevant departments. You will also be responsible for communicating project schedules, priorities, and progress updates to the broader organization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities are essential for successful collaboration with various teams at Jane Street, ranging from developers and business units to operations and external financial partners, ensuring that each project is delivered on time and meets or exceeds expectations.
