THE ROLE:

We are on the lookout for a driven and versatile Technical Program Manager who is ready to navigate the complexities of pioneering a new category of consumer products.

This role is central to our success, as you will serve as the linchpin among our hardware, firmware, software, and operations teams , ensuring that our multifaceted, cross-disciplinary program continues to progress while paying close attention to the vital details. You will be responsible for the integrated program plan and timeline that will bring the MO/GO to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integrated hardware program plan encompassing mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, and supply chain components , from initial prototypes through EVT, DVT, PVT, and scaling up to over 10,000 units shipped within the next 18 months.
  • Develop a roadmap for our hardware and cross-functional delivery milestones for the next five years, including support for multiple product lines.
  • Facilitate structured milestone reviews, maintain risk registers, and keep decision logs to ensure that all significant developments are documented and addressed.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to analyze subsystem trade-offs such as actuators, sensors, and power systems, translating findings into program-level decisions and timeline implications.
  • Manage the software-hardware interface by coordinating between firmware, embedded systems, mobile app, and cloud teams to guarantee seamless integration across the entire stack.
