About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager to spearhead the execution of intricate AI infrastructure projects that support advanced machine learning operations. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge connecting engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring our AMD-powered AI platform achieves outstanding performance and reliability.

You will oversee the complete program lifecycle for critical infrastructure initiatives, from initial planning to deployment and ongoing enhancements, at the intersection of hardware optimization, distributed systems, and machine learning operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that encompass hardware deployment, software infrastructure, and machine learning platform advancements, ensuring cohesive collaboration among engineering, product, and operations teams.
  • Establish program scope, objectives, and success metrics for AI infrastructure projects, from GPU cluster setups to inference optimization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional roadmap development and prioritization, balancing current customer needs with future platform scalability.
  • Manage program timelines, dependencies, and resource distribution across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Articulate complex technical trade-offs into clear business implications for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and obstacles, fostering transparency throughout the organization.
  • Proactively identify and address technical and operational risks to prevent disruptions in delivery timelines or system performance.
  • Conduct postmortems and retrospectives to capture insights and enhance execution efficiency.
