About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a catalyst, effectively linking engineering, product, and business teams to achieve collective goals.
In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects, simplifying technical complexities for stakeholders and ensuring that engineering teams are well-informed for execution. Your proficiency in planning, executing, and delivering intricate technical programs will be crucial in propelling our video understanding platform forward.
Your Contributions Will Include:
- Project Management & Execution: Spearhead technical programs from concept to conclusion, harmonizing efforts across engineering, product, design, and business teams.
- Planning: Develop detailed program plans with defined milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential challenges, dependencies, and obstacles, implementing effective strategies to mitigate risks before they affect delivery.
- Strategy: Facilitate informed decision-making through data insights, intuition, and stakeholder collaboration.
