ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly expanding Frontier Systems division in Washington, DC. This TPM will play an essential role as a trusted extension of our Analysis Team within one of Anduril’s key programs for the near future.
This position is critical for ensuring integrated technical execution and facilitating effective communication across a strategically significant DoD program that encompasses capabilities from various internal business units and numerous technically demanding tasks. The primary function of this role is to maintain visibility on technical advancements, identify dependencies and communication gaps across activities, and distill this information into actionable insights for senior technical leadership. This position is highly mobile, deeply technical, and exceptionally communicative, requiring a solid understanding of complex engineering challenges without direct responsibility for technical design or engineering risks.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as a technical liaison between program leadership and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of technical progress, critical paths, and emerging challenges within each technical maturation and product development endeavor.
- Continuously develop and maintain a thorough understanding of intricate technical details and engineering challenges.
