About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, you will spearhead the successful delivery of a defined workstream within extensive data center and GPU infrastructure programs. Your responsibilities will include monitoring progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely and quality completion of your workstream. This hands-on position operates at the intersection of infrastructure, execution, and coordination, providing substantial exposure to real-world data center delivery. Travel to data centers will be necessary during critical deployment phases.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the delivery of a specific workstream within broader data center or infrastructure initiatives.
- Monitoring scope, schedule, and dependencies, with a proactive approach to escalating risks as necessary.
- Collaborating with engineering, networking, construction, and operations teams.
- Maintaining clear and structured reporting on progress, risks, and obstacles.
- Assisting with vendor and contractor coordination within your workstream.
- Working closely with Senior TPMs to align on priorities and execution strategies.
Technical Proficiencies & Expectations
This position necessitates familiarity with physical infrastructure environments, extending beyond software-centric projects. You should feel confident in working with or acquiring knowledge about:
- Data Center Environments: Basic understanding of infrastructure readiness (power, cooling, space, and networking dependencies).
- Compute Infrastructure: Insight into server and storage equipment.
- Networking: Familiarity with cabling, connectivity, and integration dependencies.
