About the job
Company Overview
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on advancing U. S. and allied military capabilities. The team builds and delivers autonomous systems, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking solutions for military use. Lattice OS, Anduril’s AI-powered operating system, turns large data streams into a real-time, 3D command and control platform for defense operations.
Team: ArsenalOS
ArsenalOS forms the digital backbone of Anduril’s hardware operations. It connects every stage of the hardware lifecycle, from initial concept and construction through to field feedback, within a single operating environment. This system brings together operators, machines, test platforms, and operational technology networks, supporting speed, traceability, autonomy, and ongoing improvement. ArsenalOS is more than a planning tool; it is the infrastructure that links factory operations into a unified Build Chain.
Role Overview: Technical Program Manager, Factory Infrastructure Deployment
As Anduril’s factories grow and production scales, the complexity of the infrastructure stack increases. Servers, networking, and compute environments are deployed in active production settings that must remain operational. This role oversees the execution of infrastructure deployment at the site level, ensuring systems are built and maintained to support ongoing factory activity.
The Technical Program Manager acts as the central coordinator for all aspects of factory infrastructure deployment. This includes establishing system administration, server management, networking, and operational technology infrastructure. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to align technical execution with production needs.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering the foundational infrastructure that supports factory operations. The Technical Program Manager ensures that the infrastructure layer is constructed, integrated, and ready to support production requirements on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for infrastructure deployment at the assigned factory site.
- Coordinate the end-to-end buildout of servers, networking, and system administration environments.
- Drive execution among system administrators, network engineers, systems engineers, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage and track work with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
