As we navigate an era of strategic competition, Anduril is steadfast in its mission to deliver groundbreaking advancements in autonomy, artificial intelligence, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to military operations in a matter of months instead of years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Our Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division focuses on two primary objectives: the development of highly capable autonomous drones and the scalable production of solid rocket motors. Through close collaboration with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams, we transform initial concepts of products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius into fully operational systems. Our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team is dedicated to designing and manufacturing solid rocket motors utilizing advanced materials and proprietary formulations, ensuring reliable propulsion systems that meet diverse mission requirements. We actively seek software and hardware engineers who are passionate about contributing to a powerful array of innovative products, from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors, designed to operate effectively in demanding mission environments.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U. S. Secret security clearance.

ABOUT THE JOB

  1. A systems and engineering mindset capable of understanding and evaluating technical concepts, identifying dependencies, interfaces, and risks, along with the influence of critical architectural decisions in collaboration with the engineering team.
  2. A focus on execution—delving into details, mapping out strategies, and taking ownership of outcomes. You will leverage your technical skills alongside program management and leadership abilities to achieve optimal results for Anduril and our clients.
  3. Collaborative partnership—overseeing customer relationships and shaping the future direction of the program with governmental entities.
