Join Scale AI's rapidly expanding Robotics division as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Robotics Data. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate complex technical operations, spearheading projects that drive substantial revenue growth exceeding $XXM.

This position transcends traditional project management; you will collaborate with diverse project leads across an extensive array of robotics data initiatives, ensuring the timely completion of technical milestones, mitigating risks, and aligning stakeholders. Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive Multi-Project Outcomes: Act as the central force behind a portfolio of robotics projects, meticulously tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to guarantee timely delivery for premier AI researchers.
  • Bridge the Technical-Operational Gap: Function as the key liaison among AI clients, hardware engineers, and global operations teams, translating overarching goals into actionable data collection workflows.
  • Architect Scalable Pipelines: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and enhance comprehensive data ingestion pipelines that accommodate high-fidelity sensor data (video, logs, teleoperation) essential for Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models.
  • Enforce Data Quality & Governance: Establish KPIs and Quality Assurance (QA) metrics to ensure datasets are meticulously curated, accurately labeled, and conform to stringent privacy and safety standards.
  • Standardize for Scale: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that facilitate scalable data collection across globally distributed teams.
  • Communicate with Precision: Deliver regular, data-informed progress reports to Scale’s executive team, leveraging SQL and dashboards to track performance and inform strategic adjustments.
