As a Technical Program Manager, you will spearhead the end-to-end technical delivery of our development programs. Your responsibilities will encompass technical planning and cross-functional execution to guarantee the success of the program. Collaborating closely with the General Manager, Chief Engineer, and Functional Engineering teams (Electrical, Mechanical, and Systems Engineering), you will drive the development and integration of Anduril products and technologies, managing costs, deliveries, execution risks, and timelines to ensure delivery excellence.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) Division at Anduril is on the lookout for a Technical Program Manager to enhance our team. The TRS division has two primary missions: creating highly capable autonomous drones and producing solid rocket motors at scale. We take initiatives like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from concept to operational reality through close collaboration with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. Our Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) group designs and produces solid rocket motors utilizing advanced materials, proprietary formulations, and high-volume manufacturing techniques, ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable propulsion systems for various mission needs. We are proud to employ skilled software and hardware engineers who are passionate about contributing to a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge technologies, from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance rocket motors. Our teams tackle some of the most challenging problems facing our clients, working collaboratively with specialists to develop robust autonomous robotics and propulsion products that perform dependably in demanding operational contexts.
