Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical project management or software development using Agile methodologies. Proficient in Confluence and Jira tools, both in setup and ongoing management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project status, risks, and issues. Strong facilitator and presenter, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional, distributed, and on-site teams. Expertise in managing project dependencies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to foresee challenges and escalate as necessary. Critical thinking skills and the ability to self-manage effectively. Bachelor's degree is required; certifications such as SaFE, CSM, or Agile PM are advantageous. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US and reside in the US.

  • Organize and conduct agile ceremonies, while proactively managing Jira boards.

  • Develop and nurture strong teamwork and collaborative relationships within the internal team, across functions, and with leadership.
