As a Technical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the execution of customer projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of use cases within defined timelines and scope.
- Acting as the conduit between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
- Managing multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing based on business impact and customer needs.
Project Execution & Delivery:
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
- Defining project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to gauge success.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including various pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to deliver effective solutions.
- Monitoring progress, detecting risks early, and implementing strategies for mitigation.
Customer Engagement & Use Case Implementation:
- Collaborating closely with customers to comprehend their business challenges and align solutions with their needs.
- Translating customer use cases into actionable project plans, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Complexio’s AI capabilities.
- Being the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to guarantee value delivery.
