Job Summary:
As a Technical Project Manager at CreativeChaos, you will oversee the planning and execution of technology-driven projects, ensuring they meet specifications, timelines, and budgets. You will serve as the primary expert on technology-related issues within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead projects with comprehensive oversight from inception to completion, guaranteeing adherence to defined scope, budget, and timelines.
- Create detailed project plans that align client needs with company objectives, coordinating efforts among various managers and technical teams throughout all project stages.
- Continuously monitor project progress and produce detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
- Engage proactively with all team members to foster collaboration, resolve challenges, and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of project plans, offering insights into cost-benefit and return-on-investment standards.
- Assess proposed changes to project plans, collaborating with stakeholders to approve and enact beneficial adjustments.
- Supervise the analysis, design, and development of mobile and web application projects.
- Apply Agile methodologies to ensure high-quality project delivery within set timelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, QA analysts, and designers.
- Anticipate future project needs through direct communication with clients and by staying updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in software development, including 3 to 4 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Agile frameworks.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and strategies.
- Proven experience in mentoring and developing talent within the technology sector.
- Experience in an offshore software development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional Project Management Certification is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
