Your Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate battery and electronics projects within automotive and stationary energy sectors. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will ensure the highest standards of quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Your role demands a high level of autonomy, where you will identify risks, promote technical and organizational alignment, and ensure projects are executed seamlessly from inception to industrialization.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer Interaction & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the principal senior contact for clients, managing their requirements, change requests, troubleshooting, and escalations.

  • Comprehensive Project Oversight: Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, and resource distribution, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.

  • Risk & Change Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively; evaluate the impact of changes on cost, timeline, and quality.

  • Dynamic Execution & Decision-Making: Foster agile execution and strategic decision-making to drive project success.
