Thorough knowledge of sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search strategies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a related field.

Your ultimate goal will be to cultivate a robust pipeline of tech talent and assist in hiring and retaining exceptional professionals for our IT roles.
