About You and This Role

We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter who can connect with exceptional engineering talent that often doesn’t actively seek job opportunities. These candidates may not be browsing LinkedIn or responding to generic outreach messages.

Having grown from 15 to over 100 employees in less than two years, our R&D team spans various disciplines, including software, mechanical, electrical, controls, perception, and forward deployments engineering. We need a dedicated recruiter who can focus on sourcing talent for these critical roles full-time.

In this role, you’ll manage inbound applications for R&D positions while exploring innovative approaches to attract candidates. You’ll work closely with our hiring teams to comprehend our mission and the projects we’re developing, allowing you to effectively expand our workforce.

We are looking for a recruiter who prioritizes deep, technical sourcing over volume. You will enjoy substantial autonomy and ownership as you contribute to our hiring objectives.
