Proven track record of exceeding targets in business development. Disciplined in maintaining accurate data in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.

Join our dynamic sales team at XP Power as a Technical Sales Manager in Bengaluru, where you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business with key customers in the North-West Region. Your expertise in power supply products will be vital as you collaborate closely with both hardware engineering and purchasing teams to drive sales and foster customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Identify and prospect new customer opportunities while managing and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Support customers in resolving technical challenges and understanding their unique requirements.
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate data and monitor project statuses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales productivity and revenue targets.
  • Establish strong relationships with key hardware engineering and purchasing contacts through regular customer visits.
  • Compile and maintain a focus account list to optimize productivity.

Customer Service

  • Address customer complaints and manage RMA returns effectively.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience in all interactions.

Systems and Processes

  • Streamline existing systems and work procedures for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with inside sales, quality engineers, and application engineers to support customer needs.

Local Management

  • Assist the local sales team in project management, booking, shipping, and market segmentation.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
