Your expertise in power supply products will be vital as you collaborate closely with both hardware engineering and purchasing teams to drive sales and foster customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Identify and prospect new customer opportunities while managing and nurturing existing accounts.
- Support customers in resolving technical challenges and understanding their unique requirements.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate data and monitor project statuses.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales productivity and revenue targets.
- Establish strong relationships with key hardware engineering and purchasing contacts through regular customer visits.
- Compile and maintain a focus account list to optimize productivity.
Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and manage RMA returns effectively.
- Enhance the overall customer experience in all interactions.
Systems and Processes
- Streamline existing systems and work procedures for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with inside sales, quality engineers, and application engineers to support customer needs.
Local Management
- Assist the local sales team in project management, booking, shipping, and market segmentation.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
