Responsibilities:Identify complex interference environments as SpaceX acquires new radio frequency (RF) spectrum necessary for service enablement. Collaborate with SpaceX engineers to devise actionable plans for spectrum sharing, including testing and validating your proposals. Analyze FCC and ITU regulations to assess if updates or modernization are necessary. Participate in ITU Working Group discussions, advocating for optimized rules for Starlink at both domestic and international levels. Build strong relationships with federal agencies to foster collaboration. Exhibit a strong sense of project ownership and accountability for success. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business Analytics, or a related STEM field.1+ years of experience in technical writing. Preferred Skills and Experience:Proven impact on product or service outcomes.2+ years of experience in developing policies requiring top management approval. Proficiency in programming languages such as Matlab, Python, or R for modeling.
