A minimum of two years’ managerial experience leading a technical support team. Must reside in Cedar Rapids and be eligible for full-time work from our office, adhering to a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days in-office weekly. A charismatic leader who easily connects with others. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas, visions, and performance standards. Strong analytical capabilities to assess team performance and drive data-driven decisions. Tech-savvy with a passion for troubleshooting, familiar with web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and client-server architecture (API, HTTP). Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP requests/responses, status codes, headers, JSON payloads) and ability to navigate browser console and network tabs.
