In this pivotal role, you will work closely with data centers, hardware systems, and customer workloads to uphold the integrity of our cloud platform. Collaborating with both internal and customer engineering teams, you will contribute valuable field insights and influence our product roadmap and development.
As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will:
- Forge Strategic Customer Relationships: Take ownership of technical customer interactions to drive successful adoption and ensure exceptional satisfaction.
- Define Customer Requirements: Collaborate with customers and partners to articulate technical requirements tailored to their AI/ML needs.
- Drive Comprehensive Program Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of programs that enhance customer success with CoreWeave’s solutions.
