Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor production and testing environments to ensure service availability and stability across the European market.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving operational alerts and incidents, particularly complex Mainframe application issues.
- Manage ticketing for incidents, changes, and service requests while adhering to SLA standards.
- Take part in executing critical incident protocols, performing root cause analyses, and drafting post-incident reports.
- Contribute to the documentation of operational procedures, knowledge articles, and best practices.
- Work alongside development teams to address application concerns, enhancements, and maintenance efforts.
