What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for clients who encounter technical problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SaaS products and air-gapped on-premises deployments
- Collaborate with customers to support a smooth, productive experience with Poolside’s technology

Location
This role is remote within the US. Monthly travel to Paris is expected for in-person team meetings.
