This role involves direct support for WalkMe under the SAP umbrella.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will report directly to the Support Manager and serve as a reliable point of contact for our diverse customer base. Your role will commence with customer onboarding and extend through project implementation and contract renewals. You will be instrumental in delivering timely and effective solutions that align with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Moreover, your contributions to our knowledge base and customer community will significantly enhance the overall customer experience.
