What You Will Be Responsible ForAs a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our customer support team, focusing on diagnosing, resolving, and addressing technical challenges while providing exceptional customer service. This position demands strong programming and troubleshooting capabilities, enabling you to manage mid-level issues effectively and escalate complex concerns to senior team members or the product team when necessary. You will also assist with code-related tasks and help create documentation to facilitate smooth transitions between the support and engineering teams. This role reports directly to the Head of Global Support & Services.
