Your Role:
As a member of our Technical Support Team, you will play a vital role in connecting our innovative products with our customers. You will tackle real-world technical challenges by delivering exceptional support for our advanced vulnerability assessment and compliance auditing software. Your expertise will be crucial in complex, multi-layered customer environments. Our product suite, detailed at tenable.com/products, presents a variety of opportunities. From guiding customers through their first Nessus scanner experience to navigating intricate log correlation and real-time vulnerability analysis, you will help close the Cyber Exposure gap and reduce cyber risks. Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and build relationships with various teams at Tenable, including Sales, Customer Advocacy, R&D, and Operations.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve customer technical inquiries to ensure timely solutions.
- Implement remote troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and fix issues.
- Analyze vulnerability scan results, system audits, and log events.
- Assist customers in interpreting vulnerability scan results and system audits, providing clear and actionable information to expedite issue resolution.
