Responsibilities:Handle client inquiries via phone, chat, and tickets while educating them on our platform. Build strong relationships with our Premier Customers to understand their unique environments. Reproduce technical issues and explore the extensive set of integrations supported by Datadog. Create and update documentation and knowledge base articles across various technologies. Facilitate product discussions based on insights gained during client interactions. Engage in regular health check meetings with our Premier Customers. Work from a Datadog office 3 to 5 days a week. Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-channel technical support within a SaaS environment. Hands-on experience with programming and a foundational understanding of Linux. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn continuously. A client-focused critical thinker with strong decision-making skills. Experience in a Premium/Enterprise technical support role. Familiarity with current infrastructure monitoring solutions and technologies. Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekend availability.
