Join Tanium as a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) Intern, where you will play a pivotal role in aiding our esteemed customer organization. Your contributions will directly impact the satisfaction and retention of major clients, including the U. S. Department of Defense and numerous Fortune 100 companies. TSEs are dedicated to enhancing the overall experience of Tanium customers across various industries and scales, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly. As an intern, you will gain invaluable insights through one-on-one mentorship, collaborative team efforts, and shadowing opportunities that will lay the groundwork for your career in technical support.
This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations at least three days per week: Addison, TX, Emeryville, CA, or Bellevue, WA.
