Your Role:
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the comprehensive hiring process for varied technical roles, including Software Engineers (Big Data, Machine Learning, Backend Development), Research Scientists, and Product Managers, among others.
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage passive candidates utilizing advanced sourcing strategies, concentrating on high-caliber individuals who excel in large-scale environments.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Serve as a talent advisor to Hiring Managers and Tech Leads, calibrating requirements and refining the interview process.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging journey for every candidate that reflects the values of RTB House.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Leverage recruitment metrics to inform and improve hiring practices.
