ProSidian is actively seeking a skilled Technical Training and Development Business Analyst to join our Technical Training and Development Division (TTDV) for Instructional Design Staff Augmentation [WMATA0014013]. This role provides essential program support under an Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay basis, and is primarily located across the CONUS - Washington D. C. and the Mid-Atlantic Region, supporting a regional transit authority that manages rail, bus, and paratransit services in the DC metropolitan area.
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in the Government and Public Services Sector, particularly those with functional and technical expertise, to support professional services engagements for clients such as WMATA. This position may start as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role within the TTDV, but ProSidian retains the right to convert this to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

As a Technical Training and Development Business Analyst within the Government and Public Services sector, you will focus on Human Capital Solutions for clients like the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) | Technical Training and Development Division (TTDV) | Safety and Readiness Department. You will be working on-site at the client location in the CONUS - Washington D. C. and across the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Your role will involve business analysis and training integration, bridging insights and operations to drive data-informed decisions aimed at enhancing WMATA’s training and workforce outcomes. You'll empower organizations with expert talent solutions that improve efficiency, agility, and performance through customized staffing solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to WMATA’s workforce excellence through innovative, data-driven instructional design that transforms learning into operational performance. This position encompasses various categories, including Technical Training and Learning Design Staff Augmentation, Comprehensive Instructional Systems Design and Process Modernization, Learning Innovation Design and Performance Enhancement, Safety and Readiness Technical Training, and Learning Design and Technical Workforce Capability Enhancement. You will be responsible for eliciting requirements, analyzing gaps, producing dashboards/metrics, and supporting planning/reporting among TTDV, ISD, and engineering teams.
