We are actively seeking a skilled Technical Writer to produce and maintain high-quality user documentation that aligns with our world-class products.
ABOUT THE JOB
In the role of Technical Writer, you will collaborate closely with our product and operations teams to produce clear, precise, and user-friendly documentation for Anduril products. Your work will involve organizing and streamlining our engineering and program delivery processes. You will partner with engineers, operations staff, and subject matter experts to thoroughly understand our products, identify user workflows, and develop documentation that bridges any gaps. You will set the standard for the tone, voice, and quality of our written materials.
Given Anduril’s focus on defense and national security, your documentation will be crucial in ensuring that frontline operators can effectively utilize our technologies and tools. Your objective is to simplify the learning curve associated with operating our systems by delivering well-crafted and easily navigable documentation.
As a Technical Writer, you will identify key stakeholders and guide them through the documentation process with clearly defined milestones and objectives. Engaging with subject matter experts at appropriate stages, you will steer them towards the creation of user-facing documents that meet specific customer requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with our account teams to guarantee that contract deliverables are accurate, timely, and formatted correctly.
Documentation artifacts may encompass a range of materials, including technical manuals, operational guides, maintenance protocols, procedures, checklists, and templates.
