Your Role
As a Technology M&A Associate, you will be integral to our team from day one, supporting technology-focused M&A transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting thorough market and competitor analyses, assisting in the acquisition of new mandates, and preparing company valuations utilizing various methodologies such as Multiples, DCF, and LBO analysis. You will also curate target and investor lists, all while thriving in a diverse and dynamic environment aimed at achieving exceptional results for our clients.
Expect to work under tight deadlines in a compact organization, with direct reporting to senior management.
