Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete technical recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating technical interviews, managing offers, and closing for software engineering, hardware engineering, and AI/ML roles. Act as the primary point of contact for all technical candidates, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the process. Collaborate with engineering leaders and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements, craft job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles, technical competencies, and evaluation criteria. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future roles across software, hardware, and AI/ML domains. Source candidates through various channels, including technical job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, networking events, referrals, engineering meetups, hackathons, and industry communities. Create and enhance technical screening processes, including coding assessments, system design interviews, and technical take-home evaluations, in partnership with engineering leadership. Design and oversee a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience for engineering hires, including setup of development environments, orientation to codebases, and team integration to ensure new hires are positioned for success from day one. Coordinate onboarding logistics, including provisioning equipment, granting system and tool access, and facilitating training sessions.

We are in search of a Technology Talent Acquisition Manager who will take charge of the complete recruitment and onboarding journey for our engineering and technology teams. Your mission will be to attract and secure exceptional software engineers, hardware engineers, and AI/ML engineers who will develop the products and platforms that will shape the future of the built environment. As the face of our organization to technical candidates, you will influence their experience from their initial interaction through their first week on the team.

This position is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting directly to the Managing Director of Delivery.
