In this role, you will leverage data insights to enhance our post-sale commercial strategies, focusing on customer retention, engagement, and upselling opportunities.As part of our analytics team, reporting to the Head of Data and Insights, you will utilize your analytical skills to gain visibility into customer behaviors, health metrics, and lifecycle stages, collaborating closely with Customer Success leadership and other go-to-market teams.Embrace the chance to contribute to a flourishing B2B SaaS organization, dedicated to helping clients extract maximum value from our platform through insightful data analysis.Your ResponsibilitiesOn a daily basis, you can expect to:Provide Customer Insights - Analyze usage, adoption, and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities; present actionable recommendations to senior management to enhance customer retention and growth.Create and Maintain Dashboards - Design intuitive, reliable dashboards to monitor key Customer Success metrics, including spending patterns, net revenue retention, churn rates, product adoption, and customer health scores.Ensure Data Accuracy - Oversee data quality and reporting integrity to guarantee trustworthy metrics for informed decision-making.Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Build ongoing partnerships with teams including Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to align on customer KPIs and data definitions.Facilitate Proactive Actions - Develop alerts, triggers, or health models that enable Customer Success Managers to swiftly identify at-risk accounts and upsell opportunities.
