We are seeking skilled telesales agents to promote tenants' insurance through warm and cool leads. Ideal candidates will have experience in purposeful outbound phone calling, which may include selling, upselling, cross-selling, or appointment setting.

Your targets will be based not only on sales but also on activity and behavior metrics, such as meeting and exceeding quality assurance pass rates. Our newly structured commission scheme rewards these combined efforts.

What We Need From You:

Proven experience in handling high-volume outbound sales calls (90+ calls per day)
B2C (or B2B) closing experience during sales calls is highly desirable
Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this role, especially when navigating various IT systems.
A positive and resilient demeanor is crucial; maintaining this attitude throughout the workday is key.
