Key Responsibilities:Thoroughly review all contract documentation to determine material scope and coordinate with the sales team during the turnover process.Facilitate the integration of shop and erection drawings into project workflows.Manage RFIs by drafting, reviewing, modifying, validating, and effectively communicating with clients.Conduct comprehensive reviews of shop and erection drawings before distribution, ensuring adherence to project schedules.Collaborate with production control to maintain accurate drawing logs and load lists.Develop and upkeep a load list for each assigned project while addressing inquiries from detailers regarding fabrication files.Assess field-related issues and provide necessary field work drawings.Maintain consistent communication with the Project Manager about project status and alert them to any additional material requirements.Conduct site visits as needed to ensure project objectives and company interests are met.Effectively manage your time to adhere to project timelines.Perform other tasks as directed by management.
