Proven experience in territory management and executing full sales strategies, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. Ability to respond quickly to inbound leads and inquiries. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential. Experience in new business development, client acquisition, and account management. You will educate potential clients on how EquipmentShare can enhance their operations, save costs, and increase profitability. Commitment to maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships, ensuring 100% satisfaction with our services and support. Skilled in responding to and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and conducting engaging sales presentations. Ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with company goals.

Role Overview

The Territory Account Manager will join the team in Largo, FL. This person will focus on growing the customer base by building strong relationships with contractors and leaders in the construction industry. The role centers on expanding business for the local rental facility and supporting customers with the equipment and solutions they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company leaders
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Promote and rent a variety of construction equipment, including aerial, earthmoving, and material handling machinery
  • Represent EquipmentShare’s mission and values in every customer interaction

Compensation

Total compensation: $150,000 - $600,000 (includes $24,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with no market restrictions)
